Praying With
Children
One of the initiatives being taken by
St Antony's Priory is Praying With
Children. Staff member, Margaret Hinshelwood, herself once a
Head Teacher, describes how giving young pupils in schools in the
north of England the chance to pray and reflect produced more
peaceful and loving atmosphere. Pupils and staff came to respect
self and others more deeply.
Touching the Soul of Another
You can access a summary outlining Faith
Accompaniment. Learn something about its origins, what it's for, and
who it's intended to serve. Also covered are some of the
practicalities of choosing a spiritual director to suit you. Weeks
of guided prayer introduce spirituality to those without much previous exposure.

Making a Retreat
This website may not be for
everyone. But it will help some who, for whatever reason, can't go
on retreat or who prefer something other than what's usually on
offer.
